Enterprise limits

Q: How do quotas work for Enterprise accounts? Enterprise accounts use custom quotas based on their contract and deployment requirements. They are not subject to the self-serve spending-tier limits described in the Account quotas guide. Enterprise quota planning can include:
  • Custom request capacity
  • Dedicated infrastructure and reserved capacity
  • Custom deployment and training allocations
  • Quota adjustments coordinated with your account team

Monthly spend alerts

Enterprise accounts may receive credits as part of their contract. Monthly spend alerts track the cost of Fireworks usage, including usage covered by credits. How spend is calculated:
  • Purchasing credits does not affect spend alerts.
  • After credits are exhausted, usage continues to count toward spend and appears on your invoice.
  • Alerts are informational only. They do not pause or restrict service.
